This allows our technicians and the facility team to access controllers, tuning parameters, alarms, trends and diagnostics without relying on the client’s internal IT network.

The Tosi unit creates a high-security encrypted tunnel using either a local SIM card or a stand-alone WAN connection. This ensures full remote visibility without requiring firewall changes or exposure of the building network.
